Third-party services that process data on our behalf to operate Task AI. This list may be updated as we add or replace vendors.

Overview

Phthos uses the subprocessors below to host Task AI, deliver email, process payments, and route traffic to providers you configure. Categories of data are described at a high level; your workspace configuration determines what is actually sent to each provider.

Customer-configured providers

When you connect OAuth apps (Google, Notion, Slack, etc.) or select LLM / embedding models, those third parties act as separate processors or sub-processors under your direction. You are responsible for reviewing their terms and ensuring appropriate agreements are in place for your use case.

Changes

We will update this page when we engage a new subprocessor that processes personal data, or when a subprocessor's role materially changes. Workspace owners may subscribe to change notifications by contacting hello@phthos.ai.
